- One pint of whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- One cup of brandy or anise aguardiente
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon powder as a garnish
1. Mix all the ingredients except the cinnamon powder well in a blender.
2. Place the mixture in a saucepot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Serve warm with cinnamon powder.
