TELEMUNDO INTERNACIONAL INKS DISTRIBUTION DEAL WITH RESET TV

The distributor will carry out the commercialization of the entertainment formats of Reset TV, the company recently founded by Toni Cruz and Josep Maria Mainat – creators of Star Academy (Operación Triunfo) – in multiple territories worldwide

Telemundo Internacional scored another programming coup with today’s signing of a major distribution deal with Reset TV.

Reset TV is the brainchild of Toni Cruz and Josep Maria Mainat, the creators of popular entertainment formats such as Junior Hits, Crazy Little People, Let’s Dance, and The Perfect Double.

Telemundo Internacional will present its lineup of new entertainment content, featuring music contests, games, comedy and reality at MIPCOM, the world’s largest entertainment content conference.

As part of its new alliance with Reset TV, Telemundo Internacional will showcase a promising array of more than ten formats that have already enjoyed worldwide
success. These include Star Academy and Martian Chronicles, and Reset TV’s revolutionary game show, Letris, a format that duplicates the excitement
experienced by the millions of users who already play the Letris application on mobile media. Reset’s exciting catalog includes many other shows created by
Cruz and Mainat, both formerly of Gestmusic-Endemol.

"Representing Reset TV reinforces the potential of our entertainment catalog,” said Marcos Santana, President of Telemundo Internacional. “Toni Cruz and Josep Maria Mainat have a proven track record in the creation and production of global formats and we certainly believe that with Reset, we will revolutionize the
industry."

Toni Cruz and Josep Maria Mainat, General Managers of Reset TV, expressed their excitement about this new partnership. "Sometimes you meet a person
and you feel like you’ve known them for a lifetime - the way of working, thinking, talking, valuing ideas,” the partners said in a statement. “This is what has
happened to us with Telemundo and its international department. It’s a great pleasure to see how the people who will distribute our ideas worldwide enjoy the
product in the same way that we have enjoyed its creation. We believe that this enthusiastic and professional team will not just take our formats around the world
but, more importantly, will know how to do it with passion and conviction.”
